How to go about bringing a group

  1. Contact us us to let us know your interest, tell us about your group and what you would like to do. We can tell you availability and prices.
  2. Choose whether you would like to stay at Pensarn Harbour or Bryn Y Moel (depending on availability)
  3. Come for a site visit if you would like to see it in person (optional).
    1. It may be possible for you to stay a night when visiting, depending on availability.
    2. We run regular complimentary leaders weekends for all group leaders, including prospective group leaders who would like to come and experience a full activity weekend at CMC Adventure before or after making a booking. Keep an eye out for these advertised on our website, or ask the office!

  4. Provisionally book the dates you would like to come.
  5. Pay your deposits to secure your dates.
  6. Arrange your programme with our activities and hospitality teams. This will happen nearer the time of your residential. We will work with you to tailor a residential programme that will suit the needs of your groups.
