An amazing opportunity for enthusiastic Christian people aged 18+ to join our team for 2 years. Work alongside a professional team of qualified instructors gaining experience and qualifications along the way.

Volunteer Trainee Instructors are trained by professional and experienced outdoor instructors to enable them to gain National Governing Body qualifications and become employable at the end of their 2 years.
