OUR FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT

We particularly welcome those with special educational needs and disabilities. Our facilities and equipment enable the inclusion of those who have limited mobility to benefit from the outdoors just as much as those without, and we work hard with teachers, carers, and parents to provide for their individual needs.

We are not a specialist centre, however it is our aim to be as inclusive as possible.

  • Wheelchair accessible ground floor
  • Large ensuite wet rooms in ground floor rooms
  • Wheelchair accessible ramp to water’s edge
  • Ocean quatro sit on top kayaks suitable for assisted kayaking
  • Duo sea kayaks to enable assisted sea kayaking
  • Rafted open canoes enable assisted open canoeing
  • Spacious user-friendly sailing boats
  • Small friendly climbing crag at Bryn Y Moel

We would be happy to arrange pre-residential visits for staff or families considering bringing an individual or group with special educational needs and/or disabilities free of charge including an overnight stay.
