Between 2003 and 2018, CMC Adventure has trained 64 instructors.
- 47% worked for CMC Adventure after completing the Trainee Programme.
- 67% continued working in the wider outdoor sector including roles in instructing, hospitality, maintenance, management and administration.
- 59% continued working as outdoor instructors.
- 28% continued working as outdoor practitioners on a longer term basis (5 or more years).
